Worst experience ever of collecting my parcel ever the rather unpleasant lady at the counter made it extremely difficult for me to collect by being vindictive even though I showed all the Id she asked for only for her to add another then returning my item to the supplier a day early . There is a manager in the shop but clear to see who runs that place unfortunately and it's her.
