wait time is ridiculous,so I left and made appt online and it was easy peasy, walk in and get called! appointment is the way to go
Typically I have a good experience here. The new waiting system is much better than the old. However when you walk in and they tell you their closed to any new customers due to the weather is a bit ridiculous. The roads aren't bad. We live in Michigan, give me a break. Waited all weekend to go here. Got there a little after 9 and they wouldn't let me in.
Just moved to Michigan from out of state. Went to the Pontiac dmv location. Treated with contempt and disrespect. Left in tears. Went to this location. Loretta listened to me. She was patient and solution driven. I left with a driver's license, new plate and voter id. Thank you.
A much better experience than some reviews lead you believe. If done properly it is an efficient system and the employees were very helpful
Im not sure why everyone complains about this branch. Even at their busiest ive only waited about 1/2 hour. Use the kiosk if its working. Super easy
